Lilith

the fault in her stars....

☾⋆。𖦹 °✩

In the midst of a downpour,
she savors hollows
Her feet caresses marmoris
her gaze follows.

She stands alone, her mind
on wars
Her neurons screams to the moons
What was the fault in her stars?

The fault in her stars
She paints them red and blue,
Abyssal sapphires they born from her scars
She bleeds herself on their hue.

The hue makes their way
Through her veins and pulse
She tilts her head, the saudade that lay
In her heart, daggers hard.

Soothes her, the daggers. She smiles.
Feeling a cafuné familiar-
Her neurons giggle at the whisper,

“Sabaism- the worship of the Stars”

The juxtaposition of pain and peace, especially in the line about the daggers soothing her, is striking! Great work ✨ Also, i love the picture you used, I never know what picture to use lol
