Distance yourself from the chaos of wants

In searching your soul you will realize how little you need

Sufficient for the day has been long forgotten

Trade the hideous, never-ending shriek of life's demands

Rest your weary mind from the distractions of plenty

As if more will bring you happiness and

Catching up with the crowd will bring you joy

Take only what you need

In life and leave the rest to the greedy crowd

Oh, if humans could only learn from the Sparrows

Nesting time is the only time we truly need to build a nest
