Lights In The Night Sky...

Lights in the night sky,

A mesmerizing sight to behold,

Like a canvas painted by a divine hand,

Each glowing star a story untold.

They twinkle and dance,

In a celestial ballet,

Guiding ships through rough seas,

And illuminating our way.

Some say they are souls,

Of those who have passed on,

Gazing down with love,

Until the break of dawn.

Others see them as wishes,

To be made upon shooting stars,

Longing for a lover's embrace,

Or mending long-held scars.

But to me, they are a reminder,

Of the infinite vastness of the universe,

A whisper of the mysteries yet to be uncovered,

And the beauty that lies beyond our earth.
