Lightning struck

in the stillness

In stillness you found me .

I saw you and drew your face.

.

I felt you near before we met.

.

When our eyes first shared a glance

lightning struck .

.

We were forged into one

at light speed.

.

A transient whole moves apart and together

through the then, now and eternity’s forever.
