People be not afraid

People be not distraught

Lift your voices

People walk upright

People talk straight

Lift your voices

People fight on

People be strong

Lift your voices

People unite

People don't stop loving

Lift your voices

People keep fighting

People be ready to

Lift your voices

Don't back down

Don't go back

you stand your ground

You take your stance

And lift your voices

lift your voices

lift your voices

Higher and higher

Higher and higher

Till you reached heaven

Lift your voices

Lift your hearts

Lift your free will

Lift your courage

Lift your strength

Lift your love

Lift your sons

And lift your daughters

Till we reached that Promise Land

;Lift your voices my people
