raise every voice and sing Till earth and heaven ring, Ring with the harmony of freedom. let our happiness grow.

As high as the sky of the listeners, let it echo as loudly as the rolling sea. Sing the song full of faith that the dark past has taught us, Sing a song full of hope that the present brings us.

Facing the rising sun of our new day, let us keep moving forward until victory is achieved.

The rocky road on which we walked, The rod of chastisement is bitter. Felt in those days when unborn hope had died; Still, with a steady beat, Aren't our legs tired? Come to the place for which our fathers groaned.

We have come to a path watered with tears. We have come, walking through the blood of the slain.

Out of the sad past, By now, we're standing at the end. Where the white shine of our bright star is cast.

Lord of our weary years, Lord of our silent tears, You, who have brought us so far on the path, you who, with your power led us to the light,We pray that you always keep us on the right path.

Lest our feet stray from the places, O our God, where we met you,Lest our hearts become intoxicated with the wine of the world, and we forget you.

Shadow under your hand, May we always stand. True to our God,True to our birthplace.
