If you don’t let the

Homeless sleep in your

Bed. Open your home

To any vagrant,

Needy person who

Yearns for sustenance.

Is this too extreme?

It’s not if Kant is

Your guide. He wants you

To give until it

Hurts. And not only

That, because maybe

You’re a masochist;

You might find joy in

Suffering. So, die.

Death is the only

Solution to the

Problem of living.

If you reap any

Happiness from the

Labor that you do,

Then that is not a

Virtuous concept.

Show blood, cry tears but

Only if others

Benefit from this.

Of course there is an

Alternative to

All of of this. You don’t

Have to be a shmoo

To be gobbled up.

And you don’t have to

Be a sadist who

Seeks relief in the

Pain of other folks.

Egoism can

Be your torch lighting

The way to the heights

Of morality.
