Lifes Point of Views

Some say lifes like a box of chocolates

You never know what your going to get

indulging only the good

Leaving a box of them half bit

There are those going through life

As though wearing a bullet proof vest

And steadily wilding out

Careless of consequence

Some see life as a poker hand

And make the best with what they're dealt

Envy is a feeling

But one they have never felt

Other's treat life like a race

And thrive off of their endurance

With attitudes of horses

They'll always finish that I'm sure of it

I cherish everything within life

Each moment and every breath

Living life to the fullest

Because these fleeting moments may be all that's left

About the Creator

Thomas F

I was shot in the face at point blank range with a double barrel 12 gage during an strong arm robbery that quickly turned into an Attempted Murder. Although I'm missing my right eye and a bullet in my brain. I AM STILL ME & I AM STILL HERE
