Let the world burn

DUALITY POEM

By Karun Published 9 months ago 1 min read

Fire, fury — I rise with the roar,

Dire, blurry — I crash through the door.

Stone, stolen — your peace is a lie,

Thrown, golden — your flags flutter high.

Black, blister — I summon the skies,

Crack, whisper — your silence now dies.

Bend, break — I strike without pause,

Send, shake — no mercy, no laws.

Flame, fallen — the kings will kneel,

Name, swollen — I sharpen my steel.

Flesh, freeze — your gods won’t speak,

Mesh, seize — your truth is weak.

Rage, river — I swallow the sun,

Cage, giver — your time is done.

Cold, crying — I torch your throne,

Bold, dying — I stand alone.

Let, learn — the ashes teach,

Set, burn — beyond your reach.

Burn. Break — Let no throne remain.

Storm. Strike — Crown the chaos plain.

Bleed. Bind — The oath is made in flame.

Rise. Rend — Unmake their sacred name.

Fall. Feast — Feed on fear and lies.

Hunt. Haunt — No soul escapes the skies.

Carve. Curse — Speak truth in shattered stone.

Rule. Ruin — Stand. Alone. Always and Again.
