Let the Storms Mould You
Some inspiration and encouragement for anyone that needs it
We all strive for the best life possible
When some days the best possible life
Is merely wishful thinking, cloud talk
When some days our best is far less
Those days when good enough feels
Like a distant memory or even mirage
If your best life possible is less
Than all you imagine it should be
Don't give up and don't give in
When life is stormy and rough
When you feel anything but tough
Don't give up
Don't let go
Every storm you get through alive
Makes you
*
Like trees
Needs storms to strengthen them
Their trunk and roots
Storms can strengthen you
Build your character
Give you a robust foundation
So
When you feel like letting go
Don't
When you feel like giving up
Don't
Weather the storms
Let them mould you, make you
Stronger
Today might not be your best day
Tomorrow might just be the same
But some day
You will live your best life possible
*

Another motivational poem😌 I think this to be framed and put on an office wall or something.
so uplifting and reassuring
I love the hope in this one. Another great piece. Well done, my friend.
Feeling uplifted by this! Love your reminder that the trees need the storm for the roots to grow strong. You are speaking to my heart there, pal! Great piece and so wonderfully encouraging. Thanks for always putting out such wonderful words to lift us all up. You are just a gem!
Sometimes the storm fells you too! I say that off the back of not nearly enough sleep though...still standing however.
Trees need storm to strengthen them? I mean storm strengthens the trees? Really? Whoaaaaa, or never knew that! Your poem was very uplifting! 🍩🥐
Whatever doesn't kill you makes you stronger..., ...even if it also makes you miserable.
Lovely work Paul! I see the clouds are making an appearance in your work yet again. 😁 I’ve not heard that phrase “cloud talk” - but I like it! 😊👏
