Let's Walk Holding Hands

Because Life Goes Too Soon

A man lost his wife today, and a lady lost her husband.

A mum sobs, because a baby is lost,

And a boy grieves the loss of his father.

A little girl struggles because she can't hear,

A blind man sobs because his sight was so dear.

Let's walk holding hands before our time is done,

There are some sad memories, but life still goes on.

There are people who deceive us, though some

Still need us.

Let's spread the joy and not the pain,

For life is too short to live in vain.

Let's walk holding hands before our time is up,

Life is short and it goes too soon,

So let's enjoy love under the moon.

Let the day and night embrace you,

And let love fill your heart and soul.

The spirit of life is in every one of us,

Don't let it pass us until the day we fall.

Let's walk holding hands, for life passes before

we know it.

Let's shine a light, and embrace the love,

because we don't live forever,

And life is something we should treasure.
