Let's
run through
the blue lupine meadow.
Pick fallen purple
jacaranda flowers.
Appreciate the pink
lovely magnolia.
Launch the wooden canoe
on the placid lake.
Watch the graceful swan
preening near the reeds.
Lie down
on a dandelion patch.
See the cloud shapes,
engage in pareidolia.
Marvel at the raindrops
on rose petals.
Watch the cat
chattering at the birds.
Listen to the warbler
in the redbud tree.
Gaze at the lichen-encrusted
hummingbird nest.
Observe the wings
of a monarch butterfly.
See bees buzzing around
a cheerful sunflower.
Colorful agile koi
in a serene pond.
Inhale the gardenia
and the seductive petrichor.
Enjoy more of
tangerine sunset.
Let's savor the
joys of nature,
before our time ends
on this wonderful planet
Let's be happy.
