Matthew 5:14-16 NIV

“You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. [15] Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. [16] In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.

Lord

May 2026

Bring us the

Gifts

You have

In store

For us.

Treasures

That go far

Beyond

Silver or

Gold,

But are so

Much more

Meaningful.

Lord,

Use us as

Vessels

Leading lost loved ones

One’s to the Lord!

Lord,

Let our

Lives shine

Your love

In a dark world

As we remember

Anger and hate

Can’t take away

The darkness

Only the light

Of your love can.

Lord

When life

Throws us

Hard balls

Remind us

You hold the bat!

Amen to that Michelle, let the Lord use us all as vessels in 2026, and my He intervene in World Affairs, that everyone should know peace. Wonderful inspirational poem. Nicely Done!!!
