Letting go is not giving up
It's choosing to move on
To let go of the past and the pain
And make room for a new dawn
Letting go is not weakness
It's strength and wisdom too
To know when to let things be
And focus on what's true
Letting go is not losing
It's gaining something more
A peace of mind and heart and soul
A freedom to explore
Letting go is not forgetting
It's honoring what was
But also looking forward
And living in the now
