Lava Tears

I'm a smoke machine

antsy and angry

threw the bomb

the wedding party exploded

what a waste

my tears are like lava

but the tears are not for them

celebrated revenge

mocked memories

it didn't have to end this way

not necessarily in a rush

to tear you all to pieces

petals shredded in the dirt

it's not going to be so easy for you

like you thought

your mind is so wrong

my heart is so strong

now that I'm afar off

now your first dance

will be nine feet under

the lightning knew

far too well

and this is as much as I'll tell

for now...
