Death's Breath

The Pteetneet Cryptic Card 14

A turning in my stomach,

preordained that we

should part.

The future holds out for old age,

and congestion of the heart.

I made mistakes from ignorance,

from inexperience

and doing right.

Now here befalls the mystery;

please turn out the light.
