Our kryptonite in silent sleep.
Acceptance is the healer's art,
Acknowledge every fragile part.
Our kryptonite, our inner fears,
Silent cries we’ve held for years.
Within our hearts, the truth is clear,
Embrace the flaws, dissolve the fear.
Don't fight the pain, don’t turn away,
Let healing light dissolve the gray.
In darkness, light is often found,
In weakness, strength can be unbound.
