Knowing People, Knowing Myself

I still sometimes wonder 'how can some people ignore other people's emotions'...

Why is there no empathy so much..

How can they break off hard-earned relationships without any care...

How can they betray relationships built with love...

People who have been exposed to good things since childhood..

People who make up their minds about good things are very beautiful....

Very peaceful...It is easy to deal with them...

But..

If I put the people I have met in my life on both sides of a scale...

including myself...

I think the selfish side would weigh much more heavily than the altruistic side.....

Some people I have met,

'How did you do that'

'Why did you do that'

'Don't you have any regrets'

'Can another human being do that'

Can they be that kind of person without listening to their heart..."......

Leaving aside these kinds of questions and parting ways Gone........

I finally understood... that we are naturally made that way.....

After living for almost thirty years,

I still feel like I can't get to know people.

Maybe I won't be able to get to know people in my entire life! So many people are so toxic....

So that's why I finally decided to .....

I don't spend my time and energy getting to know people...

I don't worry about people's behavior..

I learn to know my trigger points and my mind....

I work hard to understand myself.. (self awareness)

Then I realized...

All those previously worried feelings come from the nature of the relationship we have with that person....

and we ourselves have given good and bad interpretations to an incident that happened with a person..

Being selfless means...

losing ourselves..

doing things we don't like..

not being with people...

I realized that if I do something, he will do the same to me...

I didn't expect it..

I understood that understanding yourself/your thoughts is the most important thing...

I understood that being with people at arm's length is really comforting.....

So you and your head are connected to human relationships, I'll do my best to remember...

Comfort is not in the outside world.. It's within us...
