Knew Better

Than What I let On

By Joseph SeveroPublished 5 years ago 1 min read

“At times, knew better than what I let on

- Got used to that I guess: Insecure that I’d fall off

- But I have, always had - will always own up to my show;

Oft concieve - believe that my performance is the pinnacle of all that passed before now;

The production will proceed, possess the need to teach, speakC ‘woo’ and ‘wow’;

Up the exponent: Soldier squares his shoulders - QB -

From ‘due’ [two in italian], on past cubed, G -

Dude, please close gaps - CQB - cue the cow;

Texture matters, mess with plasters, bake the batter, rewrite recipes, and after -

Baffle - shatter expectations

- Guess I’m better than I thought -

In ought to leave the loft - I’ll wash the cloth,

and squash the sort of stuff that scuffs

- Defeats are victories, each win a loss -

The albatross has crossed; wings spanned - extensity

- Inordinate immensity; My ordinance supports rapport, recourse, of course;

Define my density - bring scans, report propensities;

Now the old remorse retorts some pleasantries.”
