If you have days when you feel down and you question your own existence, just ask yourself:
Can I wake up in the morning to a new day?
Can I breathe in fresh air?
Can I open my eyes and happily look out the window at the clear blue sky ?
Can I enjoy a delicious cup of tea or coffee and tasty meal?
Can I kiss a loved one or squeeze my own child?
Or gently caress the pet's fur and looked lovingly into its devoted eyes?
Can I walk, run, skip or drive with energy wherever I want?
Can I admire the changes of the seasons and nature in its perfection?
While my heart beats - can I eat, pray, laugh, cry, love, and be present enjoying every moment?
Does any disability mean I can't celebrate life and make the most of it?
When life gives me lemons, can I still be thankful?
As you surely remember, as a small child, every day was filled with joy and delight. The simplest things brought you immense happiness and enjoyment. From the moment our eyes opened in the morning, the world was a magical place waiting to be explored.
Do you remember how your creative imagination turned clay, sand, mud into a "delicious" cake or a castle, fortress, or an abstract piece of art?
How happy you were out all day, laughing carelessly, always up to some mischief :)
Even as an adult, can you sometimes bring out that child in you?
Get back to living life to the fullest, experiencing adventure again and enjoying it all!
All you need is just one small ingredient, that holds the power to unlock a world of appreciation and happiness.
It also helps you shift your focus from what is lacking in your life to what you already have.
Gratitude...one small word with a big meaning.
We all forget sometimes...
Try to be grateful for your precious life and for what matters to you...
Because sometimes just a pinch of gratitude is enough to see our life and our own worth in a different light :)

Be like the piglet :)
