A beautiful and heartwarming light
A wonderful and lengthy call
Filled with love, strength and fight
Within the depths of it all.
Well now I have no choice
It's pretty much done
Goodbye dear voice
I cannot believe you're gone.
But, it was well worth it
For a new word and a baby smile
A little man getting into so much shit
As my daughter cleans each pile
I am so very grateful to know
That his training is off to a great start
And that each day I get to see him grow
Fills my soul with joy and always lifts my heart.
