I just saw Avril Lavigna live and she sang Skater boy.

It was great but it got me thinking about the message of the song.

It is really the ultimate never judge a book by its cover song.

Her friends did not like him so she broke up with him.

He then becomes successful.

This got me thinking about the phrase itself.

How many of use have actually

Judged an actual book by its cover.

I know I have.

This could be good or bad.

You could love the cover

And buy the book just

Because of the cover.

It can work the opposite way as well.

You could hate the cover and

Not buy the book.

It could be a really good book.

All that to say

You should never

Judge a book by its cover.
