Joy is delight and makes us smile
Joy is a calm that says all is well in this moment
Joy is sought and needed
Joy is not being out of touch with the heavy things in the world
Joy is in doses both big and small
Joy is knowing things can and will change
Joy is to be celebrated and welcomed
Hold on to those moments of joy and reflect back on them on the days when things get a bit heavy.
