Journey’s End

We start in innocence, pure and bright

We start in innocence, pure and bright,

Eyes wide open to the light.

But as we walk, the road does turn,

With every lesson, every burn.

We stumble, fall, and rise again,

We face the joy, we face the pain.

And though the path is rough and long,

It’s in the struggle we grow strong.

At journey’s end, when day is done,

We’ll look back at the battles won.

And in the quiet, in the still,

We’ll find that life was beautiful.
