In the ability to bring comfort to oneself, you must find a way to unwind.
Often the joy of inner peace is tough to find.
The five senses that you are blessed to use every day.
They are the ones you need, to help you feel less anxious in a good way.
Close your eyes and relax with me.
Think of a magical place that you would want to be.
Now keep your eyes closed, and focus on that beautiful place.
Loosen those tight muscles in your face.
Now use your nose to smell the air.
Now touch with your hands, and reach for your hair.
Can you hear the beautiful sounds around you?
Now there are only a couple of things to do.
Do you taste in your mouth something so sweet?
Now open your eyes, what you see will be really neat.
It is you, my friend, relaxing in the chair.
Looking so comfortable, not even a care.
For you have found the place you wish to be.
That place you were thinking of, that place you wish to see.
Embrace that place as much as you can every day.
For you have found your comfortable place and a beautiful way.
