In our busy lives,
it is so easy to overlook
the impact gratitude has
on our mental health and on our happiness.
When gratitude becomes a natural part
of our daily routine,
this ‘quality’ becomes a part
of our foundation in life,
and joy becomes who we are,
rather than a passing feeling.
This is an extremely
powerful and strong
way to live.
Also,
when we are grateful
for a certain person or persons in our lives,
our relationships become
happier and more peaceful.
The overall effect this will have
on the community we live in
is one of
happiness, strength and respect,
as well as peace and kindness.
Trust, cooperation and empathy
are ‘qualities’ that naturally build up
when gratitude is our foundation.
