Is This Reality

My mind is playing tricks on me again.

I don't know what's real or not.

Seeing is not always believing.

It's all a matter of perception.

It's all a matter of time before I go.

I'm wandering away from reality.

Drifting into a wonderland.

Sleeping through my own life.

Letting the real world pass me by.

Left with so many unanswered questions.

Not knowing if I would ever find the truth.

Is there anyone who can save me?

Am I all on my own?

Left in a world without reason.

Not sure if it's all a lie.

All I need is a little perspective.
