Intruders in my Mind
Don't let the intrusive thoughts win
Text an ex.
Lay in bed all day.
Eat cake for dinner.
Yell as loud as possible.
Cut and color hair at three am.
Get fast food instead of cooking.
Jump in the pool with clothes on.
Post that hot take on social media.
No silly girl.
It's more like this…
Burn the house down and start over.
Leave your children in the car.
Cut your hand with the knife.
Overdose your husband.
Drive off the bridge.
Don't feed the cat.
Drink the poison.
Lick the poop.
Kill yourself.
Much better.
