We, introverts, are not quiet,

We are keenly observant.

We observe everyone and everything around us,

We listen to the talks, we see the expressions hidden from all.

We keep quiet.

Oh, we speak!

How dearly we speak!

We speak when the right person is listening,

We speak when we are done thinking, arranging our thoughts,

We speak to tell stories; Stories we mapped out over weeks,

We speak our hearts out, dearly.

Oh, we speak!

For us, words are important!

Every single one of those tricky words,

Words that can hurt more than anything,

Words that build the bridges.

For us, words mean everything!

We do not say words just for the sake of the communication,

We say because we mean those words.

We think before we speak;

We think after we speak.

For us, words are important!

We are delicate!

We keep our calm, and minds sober,

The storms to keep calm, make us Introvert!
