Sitting staring at the screen,
a hazy fog comes over me.
Even a bucket of caffeine
won’t clear this smog.
Can’t think straight.
Nothing to say.
I think I’ll have to try again another day.

Frustration boils,
I want to write.

Insert something here about
not being able to think
of the right words.

Ah!
I give up,
this is going nowhere.

Time for a rest day.
Some self-care is needed.
My son’s at daycare tomorrow,
my inspiration will return!

Never fear,
I’ve already got some pieces for this week,
they’re ready to hit "Submit."

Haha! But you wrote so well about not being able to write about anything :) I get the feeling - my ideas usually don't come when I sit down to write but when it's the least convenient
No title works fine. Sometimes I will be writing a poem and there is no more rhyme so that is my next line. lol
