Insatiable

A quest to quench my thirst

Damsels in perpetual bloom, I see and they lure me with their beauty

Wings beating in tandem, I hear and hum in synchrony

Petals brush against my feathers, I touch and it tickles my body

A vanilla scent faint and tender, I smell and fall for it avidly

To reach the abyss of nectar that I taste and ascend the path to divinity
