Inner Freedom

What Humanity Needs

I had to walk away

Because you did not love me too

But there is no forgetting your light

I will put my memory of it in a torch

And station it on the wall of my heart

So I no longer wander in the dark in there

Though I shouldn't need you

I need your light

Humanity needs your light

It is the light so many allow to be dormant within themselves

I have been wanting to bring freedom to the world

But the solution is teaching inner freedom

If people have that

Then the world will be freed
