Inhuman Cell

Is protecting freedom so simple?

"Inhuman Cell"

Anxiety all around,

A frenetic trade in food.

Humanity is ruined,

Hayena’s are rampant.

The barking of the hawks is a strange call,

The hissing of the snakes is a poisonous breath.

The sleep of the innocent and oppressed is taken away,

The arrival of the English again.

Long live my motherland,

Is protecting freedom so simple?

A group of unborn, worried Bengalis,

Now embrace death.

Suddenly, conscience is in the dock,

Hearts are burning and decaying.

The exterior is only noticeable,

Inside, the triumph of inhuman's ;

Shouting.

This text seems a bit disjointed and hard to fully understand. Can you clarify what it's about? Is it some kind of political or social commentary? I'm not sure where the "inhuman cell" fits in or what the overall message is supposed to be.
