In This Season
Watched a really nice video about poetry prompts and responded to it.
In this season, I am in gratitude
Not caught in the vines of hatred
The wisdom is rooted in the soil
Hiking up the leaves to see where
It will take my intuition and bloom
Sharing my successes and failures
Souls that come, go and stay
Excitement that never goes away
All the summer plans come to frutation
Sitting by the lakes like it's spring
Oak trees and palm trees drift me to
Nondestructive inner-peace
