In this, our book of love
a poem of love

In this, our book of love,
I feel a joy so deep,
That to me you have come,
And for me you will keep,
This tome of love so true.
In this, our book of love,
I feel the room grow still,
Word upon word,
My mind eats it’s fill,
Each page full to the edge,
Like a city on the hill.
In this, our book of love,
The eve will not stop,
Nor the glow of a star halt,
This tale of love atop,
The ruin of once was,
Till dry, is each tear drop.
In this,
Our book of love,
Is me,
Is you.
