in the silence there is fun
A RubyRed Original Poem

Somewhere, I think there's someone still waiting.
Wishing for me to be there.
Each day I'm gone is a burden until
Even your eyes aren't recognisable. It pains me,
Truly, how calm you were when we met again.
.
Since the silence moments were so
Incredibly dark, I wish you'd
Let me hold you. Then we'd laugh
Exactly as we once did, but
Never again, for fear of exploding sparkles.
Cheers, to freedom and love and life
Even if nothing comes free.
