IN TEARS

You told me to worship you and I did...

You told me to Seek you and I did...

You told me to obey and submit to my parents and I did...

You told me to prioritize my life and education and I did..

You told me to serve others and I did..

You told me to pray and I did...

You told me to be patient and wait and I did...

You told me to trust you and I did..

And finally I thought you rewarded me and I was beaming with happiness...

But today am shedding those tears in silence...

I keep wetting my pillow with tears...

O this is not what I expect from you...

I asked for bread..and you gave me stone...

Am reaping what I didn't sow..

O it's unfair...

Am frustrated..I hold my grudge against you..

Yet every morning I rise with new strength on my wings..

In my heart I knew where this strength come from...

I look at my basket and it is filled to the brim..

I look at my table and saw my cup overflow..

Through the window I saw the sun rising with energy and passion to serve me...

I felt the cool breeze and saw the green leaves and I knew am in the world of the living..

The pain, frustrations, unsatisfictions, doubts, questions and fears ...all became smaller and smaller and insignificant as I gaze at all your goodness surrounding me...

Than I began to reason and conclude..

Why should I be angry at you for only one thing that gone wrong ?

That my cross I should carry and follow you..

What the enemy aim to destroy me, you will use it for my good...

That is blessing isguise...

And on that glorious day, you will not ask me about my husband, nor my kids, nor my savings, nor my degree..you will asked if I had given a cup of water to a stranger, or visited a prison, or given a plate of food to the hungry..

I leave the rest of my story to you..May you conclude this book.

My responsibility now is even if I didn't bear 100 folds, let me bore 30 or 60 folds.

What is important to me is I don't mis heaven.
