Imperative

A subtle tell

By Irvin Published about a year ago 1 min read

I'm alienated from a bond forged from an antagonizing narrative,

Every letter, word and sentences trailed down, projects a hollow ending

As if being tainted by misfortune is what defines our identity.

How perplexing is must be;

To tamper with our self-reflection through the name of Love.

How we have indulged in the pools of our dreading sorrow, it's to have defied the odds of an internal breakdown, how we've come out in one piece of an incomplete puzzle

Yet again, to have accomplished nothing more than a scarred heart, conjested with a heavy amount of broken promises and vivid lethal memories

That endangers the sacred comfort of a serene mind that has buried its past tragedies.
