Illusionist in a World of Reality I
Never grow up
Hey!
What's going on here?
That's really supposed to be funny.
Remember?
Come on, make a circle.
What?
You say you have to work overtime to pay
The mortgage on the house?
Please. . .make a circle . . . for old times' sake.
No . . .I'm sorry, I won't scratch the board
With my nails again.
Don't tell me that . . . I don't want to know
If the chicken and the sheep are dead.
Not today, anyway.
Maybe tomorrow.
Wanna have a paperwad fight?
You say you have to study for a college exam?
Oh well, go ahead and study, I guess.
What happened to the fun times?
The times we had with water balloons,
Smoke bombs, and tacks?
The times we had with glue, pencils,
And empty rooms?
Why does everyone look so grim?
Who died?
Ha, ha, ha.
Why don't people laugh anymore?
Somebody . . . tell me that cows can tap dance.
Why is there someone hurting you?
Don't let them do that. . .
Trip 'em.
Ha, ha, ha! Come on, laugh!
You can take your shoes off.
It will be alright soon.
The happiness bug will take us away.
What do you mean the bug was
Eaten by the frog of misery?
Was not.
Not.
Not.
O.K., maybe he was.
Why can't you remember times as they were;
Not as they are or will be?
Serious people aren't funny anymore. They never were.
Tee hee.
Come on, and grow up to a world of
Endless security, miles of giggles and
Dances, and tons of everlasting fun.
Be as you were -
You remember when -
Be like me -
Become an illusionist
In a world of reality.
