If You're On Hand-Outs You Ain't Nothin'
Poem

If you're on handouts you ain't nothin'?
I know what I'm not
Some forget where they come from
I don't need a snot who comes from downtown tell me how to throw wicked to the ground either
I have experience and never be down for long
I can out write you, out sing you, plus draw your future
My path is quite different, we're not even in the same room
Let alone station in life
So keep what you got to yourself
I have stuff to do
I'm a strong woman what's it to you
Strength doesn't come in numbers in comes in essence
Bet you can barely sense my presence
If you're on hand outs you ain't nothin'?
...that was the plan
So why don't you get behind the man
That's sarcasm
We'll see how your own fortune is heading not my hand
I got my own to find
Give me a second to breathe
I'll be up in a second
