If I Were Water

Water

If I were water,

I would flow rather!

Through the cracks and crevices,

Passing by realises

I clean up the hidden corner

Presenting a rare honour!

As clear as crystal,

Sometimes producing a ripple!

It may be rolling out of your eyes ,

Hiding feelings so precise.

Would have flooded you down,

Whenever you try to frown!

Making you realise the wrongs done,

Frequently swirled and spun.

Put out the fire in you,

So that flames won't grow

Diminishing the destruction

Though killing your satisfaction!

Withered ashes remain,

Leaving just pains!

If I were water,

I would have moved farther!

Spilling out in no etiquette,

Crossing each and every bait!

Carefree in this world charm

Away from mishappening and harm.

Might have hurt you hard,

Turning into vapours and discard!

Leaving a red patch,

On the face right back.

Giving life to mourner,

Awakening each corner!

Having mixed sweet and sour,

All emotions so far.

If I were water,

Would have escaped smarter!

From all the reluctancy

Those you call as fancy.

Going on the way pleasurably,

With the flow leisurely.
