Will You Still Be With Me In The Morning?

I look deep into your eyes as we sway under the moonlight,

The passion is our fuel,

Our hearts are the flame that ignites our souls, which burns brightly

into the night,

You hold me so tenderly,

Your touch is warm, gentle, and tender,

I know that I want this,

Though my heart is filled with fear,

Fear that you will let go,

Fear that you will see the real me,

I smile beneath this mask,

Trying hard not to break your heart with

my intrusive mind,

I want to love you,

I crave the love you're offering me,

I crave the tenderness of your heart,

And of your warm lips on mine when we kiss,

Fear runs violently when the mind is scared,

Worry thoughts about the past rearing its ugly head into the

future,

Worries that the future might go wrong, because seriously,

I don't think I'm good enough for you,

What if I were to let my fear go and tell you how I feel

about you?

You know;

Take off this mask, and reveal the vulnerable, scared me, that is

real?

Please tell me;

If I tell you that I love you, today,

Will you still be here in the morning?
