If I die tomorrow, will you come to my funeral
Though distance may stretch far and wide?
Will you stand in silent sorrow
With tears you no longer hide?
Will you marry another, in years yet to come
Leaving our memories behind?
Will our story end, like a song unsung
Or live on in the echoes of your mind?
Ending my life, what would it mean to you
A chapter abruptly closed?
Would you mourn the dreams we once pursued
In the silence where love once rose?
In the quiet of the night, where shadows fall
Will you remember the warmth we shared?
Or will our love become a distant call
In the world where you no longer cared?
If I die tomorrow, will our story cease
Or linger in the heart's tender glow?
In the depths of sorrow, can there be peace
In the love that once did grow?
For even in death, I hope you'll see
The love we had was true.
And though I may no longer be
My heart remains with you.
