If I Could Go Anywhere

If I could go anywhere,

I would go somewhere splashed with golden sun rays and bright greens,

A place sprinkled in rainbow flowers, swaying in the cool breeze,

Where the birds hummed joyous songs into my ears.

I would go where my feet skipped along healthy grass,

Grounding myself into the Earth and embracing the soil between my toes,

Where the water splashes smiles upon a child's face and the waves endlessly crash.

I would go where the world takes a pause,

Fresh air to refuel my lungs,

Clean, smooth rejuvenation,

Refreshment of dull skin.

I would go where I could endlessly create,

Finding inspiration in every glimpse,

A new face becoming a long time friend,

A warm hug that lasts a lifetime.
