I Will Rise Up
From Heartbreak's Storm to New Life's Dawn
By Judith AkabsPublished 2 years ago • 1 min read

In shadows of despair, I found my way,
Through heartbreak's storm, I chose to stay.
With tender steps, I sought to heal,
A wounded heart, it could reveal.
Through tearful nights and lonely days,
I faced the pain in myriad ways.
With time as balm and hope as guide,
I mended pieces cast aside.
In gentle moments, I learned to forgive,
And let go of the hurt that did once live.
Though scars remain, a testament to strife,
I emerged stronger, embracing new life.
Now wiser, braver, and free to mend,
I rise above, a heart on the mend.
The sun may set, but it will rise,
For love's sweet grace, I'll wear no disguise.
