I've never known love.

All my life moving from person to person.

Nothing they did ever impressed me.

Even the feelings never changed.

These feelings of annoyance. These feelings of anger.

I've never known love. All my life moving from person to person.

Nothing they did made me happy.

I never fell in love with any of them for long.

I've never known love.

All my life moving from person to person.

Nothing they did was for my benefit.

I didn't stay close to them for very long.

I've never known love.

All my life moving from person to person.

I never became attached to anyone.

I've never loved anyone deeply and truly.

I've never known love.

All my life moving from person to person.

I never went as far as living with anyone.

I never knew what it's like to love unconditionally.

I've never known love.

All my life moving from person to person.

Until I finally found you.

Now I know what love is.
