I Started To Cry

I started to cry, I cried because of the hurt and injustice in this world.

I cried for the starvation, the greed, the loss and death and war.

Soldiers that go marching off to war and never come home. To fight for a country, to fight for a purpose to save us. But couldn’t we just save each other? Couldn’t we just stop the war? Why are we fighting? We should stop the greed, the power lust and no trust.

I want a world of peace and I am sure that you do too.

I know if it was up to me, I would make this world a better place, so no one was never hurt again. No bullets would reign down on the innocent people.

We would have no need for guns, we need love and understanding and a better world.

Not dictation in order to be told how to live our own lives, We have to give vindication to those that are unjustified.

Sadness comes and sadness goes, A feeling that gets washed over me like the waves from the sea.

I am the person who wants to be saved, saved from the inhumanity this world has become all due to greed and the almighty dollar and dime.

This world is yours, the world is mine.

Together in time, we can make it.

I started to cry, because babies are abandoned because the mother does not want the child.

I cried because no one should ever feel like they should not bring a life into the world.

Without life, you wouldn’t have yours.

Life is to be savoured.

Life is to be enjoyed,

We have trials, troubles and tribulations, but we must walk on, be strong and give thanks that we did what we did in a day.

What we do today, others are living their last.

Someday we will live our last day too.

That makes me cry, I started to cry yet again when I thought that you were a friend, but you turned into a foe. If people want to leave then let them go.

We must do right, in order to commit the wrong. But we must learn from our mistakes not to make them over again.

We are the rain, or the sunlight.

We have the positive energy as well as the negativeness, but all we want in life is pure joy and happiness.

We are who we are and we belong.

I started to cry, but the those tears turned into happy tears. Reminiscing about all those passed years.

I think about my future to and I know all my goals and dreams of what I want to do, I cannot wait to bring them all to you. To love, to give, to forgive and forget is the key.

What am I to you is what you are to me.

We can carve out our own destinies.

So we must break down these walls and let the light on through, we mustn’t live in the darkness.

We must hold our heads high and dance in the rain 🌧 let the water rush down on you. Feel it as it hits your face the cold embrace as the water drops on down.

Let the rain wash away your tears, let it wash away your pain. I scream to the skies and call out your name. Wishing you could come back again.

We had a love that will never break, yet I will never see your face again. I’ll never see you smile back at me. I’ll never hear your laugh, your voice. When death takes us we have no choice.

I wish that we could stay, because life seems so fast. Memories that will linger on and last. The echoes of time and the shadows of the past will remain. This room doesn’t feel the same. Looking at your empty chair. Wishing so hard just to see you there.

I close my eyes and open them hoping my wish would come true. Life can cut like a knife but we slowly heal yet scars remain, I remain here too wishing you’d come back and be how it all once was.

Love will always remain.
