I miss you so much

I miss you so much

The air hangs heavy, thick with your absence,

A void where laughter danced, a vacant presence.

The sun still rises, paints the day with gold,

But colors seem muted, a story left untold.

The world keeps spinning, a relentless tide,

But my heart feels anchored, nowhere left to hide.

Everywhere I turn, a memory takes hold,

A whispered echo, a story yet untold.

In the quiet corners, where shadows intertwine,

I see your smile a phantom, a fleeting, precious sign.

Familiar scents, a book you left behind,

Each one a cruel reminder of what I cannot find.

The empty chair, the silence at the table,

Haunt me with your absence, unbearable.

Conversations held, dreams we used to share,

Leave echoes in the silence, a weight I cannot bear.

I miss your touch, a warmth that used to be,

A hand to hold, a sense of you and me.

The comfort of your presence, a shield against the night,

Now just a memory, fading from my sight.

The nights are long, a canvas vast and black,

Where thoughts like phantoms dance on memory's track.

I yearn for your voice, a whisper in the dark,

To chase away the shadows, leave a healing mark.

But even in the darkness, a tiny spark remains,

A flicker of hope, defying sorrow's pains.

The love we shared, a fire that burns so bright,

Will guide me through the darkness, until the morning light.

For in my heart, you'll always have a place,

A cherished memory, a love that time won't erase.

The distance may be vast, the path may seem unclear,

But the bond we share, my love, will conquer every fear.

I hold onto the promise, of a future yet to be,

Where laughter will return, and you'll be back with me.

Until that day arrives, I'll carry you within,

A constant source of strength, to help me weather the din.

The world may seem less vibrant, its colors slightly dim,

But the love we shared, my darling, will forever hymn.

So let this poem be a message, carried on the breeze,

A testament to love, that crosses land and seas.

Though miles may separate us, and days may turn to years,

My love for you remains, unwavering, conquering all fears.

And when the time is right, and fate allows us to meet,

Our bond will be renewed, forever strong and sweet.
