I miss him like the morning dew,
That gently falls, and whispers "true",
A gentle breeze that rustles through,
My heart, it aches, my soul, it's blue.
His smile, a sun that shines so bright,
Warming my heart, and lighting up the night,
His laughter, music to my ears,
A melody that brings me to my tears.
Oh, how I miss him, like the sea,
That crashes on the shore, and longs to be free,
A longing that's deep, and wide, and strong,
A love that's pure, and true, and can't be wrong.
I miss him like the stars up high,
That twinkle and shine, and catch my eye,
A celestial map, that guides me through,
The darkness and the unknown, to him, I'm true.
Oh, how I miss him, like the wind,
That whispers secrets, and makes my heart align,
A gentle touch, that soothes my soul,
A love that's real, and makes me whole.
