The journey begins a step at a time
I'm on my way new adventures to find
Walking rough pathways and crooked trails
I won't give up I will prevail
Sweating and weary, but cannot stop
I must make it to the mountain top
Huffing and puffing as I go
To look down on the earth below
I made it and the view is grand
I've journyed to the promised land
But as I allow that thought sinks in
I realize I must go down again
I smile and breathe in the cool fresh air
I've not arrived, I'm only halfway there
So back down the mountain I'm filled with glome
I've not completed the journey until I'm back home
